We are seeking a Treasury Manager LATAM to lead and support key treasury activities across the region. This role is responsible for cash management, banking relationships, foreign exchange (FX) and hedging activities, financial risk analysis, treasury reporting, and compliance initiatives. The position will play a critical role in optimizing liquidity, supporting strategic business initiatives, managing financial risks, and ensuring effective treasury operations across multiple LATAM countries.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, SBS, and external banking partners, contributing to business growth through sound treasury practices, process improvements, and strategic projects, including acquisitions, organizational transformations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury / Cash Management
Oversees the preparation of the region’s daily cash position and execute cash transfers, borrowing and investment transactions.
Compile monthly cash forecast for the region and analyze differences to forecast.
Review the region’s account structure, proposing and implementing changes to banking partners, structures, services and controls.
Utilize global treasury systems and internal finance programs.
Participates in strategic projects, including transformation efforts, mergers and acquisitions, legal entity rationalizations, TMS system upgrades, etc.
Identify cash repatriation opportunities and strategies.
Manage intercompany loan transactions.
Maintain powers of attorney and portal access in compliance with Banking Authority Resolution requirements.
Accounting, Compliance and Reporting Responsibilities
Manage TMS system accounting.
Coordinate the monthly compilation and distribution of regional treasury reporting.
Oversee the collection of information to comply with internal and external audit requests.
Support Know Your Customer (KYC) requests from banking partners.
Foreign Exchange and Interest
Identify, quantify, and monitor regional net foreign currency exposures for the LATAM region and propose solutions to mitigate such risk.
Execute and confirm FX transactions monthly to settle cross-currency exposures and funding within the region.
Monitor interest rate exposure and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder and Banking Relationship Management
Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including Tax, Legal, SBS, Accounting, and Finance teams.
Lead projects that involve coordinating regional and cross-functional teams.
Insurance Support
Support global insurance activities within the LATAM region.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA, Postgraduate Degree, or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance, Treasury, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, including at least 3 years of Treasury experience.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream, and Reval Treasury Management System (TMS).
Experience working with cultural, regulatory, and business differences between Latin America and the United States.
Experience working in cross-functional environments and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of capital markets, corporate banking, cash management products and services, and foreign exchange markets.
International experience in a Finance or Treasury-related role.
Experience supporting treasury operations across multiple LATAM countries.
Experience participating in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or treasury transformation initiatives.
