Position: SAP PMO
Sao Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage PMO activities for SAP implementation projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to management.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and processes.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, and utilization.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on project management practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Prior leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
