Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service, and helping guests find the perfect stay? My client, a renowned 5-star resort in Malta, is looking for a Reservations Executive to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, managing bookings, and contributing to a seamless customer experience from the very first point of contact.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle reservation enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
•
Guide guests through room categories, rates, packages, and resort facilities.
•
Manage bookings received through direct channels, online platforms, tour operators, and corporate partners.
•
Identify opportunities to upsell room upgrades and additional services.
•
Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
•
Ensure reservation details are maintained correctly within internal systems.
•
Collaborate closely with Front Office and other operational departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
•
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting occupancy and revenue targets.

Experience using Opera Cloud or similar reservation systems would be advantageous.
•
Familiarity with online booking platforms, OTAs, or tour operator reservations is beneficial.
