The Company Aeroespace multinational, at São José dos Campos - SP.Job descriptionSupervising all company operations, implementing the strategic direction of the company locally, and providing financial and operational leadership across all aspects;Developing strategic plans for operations while working closely with business development and programs to ensure growth plans;Developing, monitoring, and managing the operations group's business plans to ensure ROI and profitability objectives are met;Developing and executing the operations budget and operational plan and overseeing the budgets and plans for all operations;Translating the group's strategic direction and offering strategic inputs and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, adapted to local needs;Leading a broad team of functional experts, including operational leadership, plant leadership, industrialization, planning and scheduling, product conformity, supply chain, and maintenance;Setting short-term objectives and long-term (strategic) goals (financial & operational), along with respective plans and policies for the country in line with the company's objectives;Representing the company to stakeholders.Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & ExperiencesExperience in leadership roles in defense or aerospace industries focused on quality and a matrixed organizational structure;Operational experience (production and quality) with financial skills;Experience managing budgets and P&L;Fluent English.
